How do we protect you?
Every Trustee Monk Affiliate (the Travel Agent or Tour Operator with whom you book) deposits all client money into our client account. You, as a client, are provided with an internet link which allows you to check the amount of your money we are holding. It also allows you to check the details and itinerary of the break you have booked with our Affiliate.
Your money remains in the “Trustee Monk Client Account” and is managed by the independent Trustees, a highly respected firm of accountants. No monies can be moved from the client account without it being requested by the Trustee Monk Affiliate and authorised by the trustees.
The Affiliate is committed to making your holiday a success not least because none of your money will be paid to the Affiliate until you have travelled.
